Lawn service

*****Good Good lawn service in my opinion is a must. First just the overall appearance of the property, but also to deter break-ins. The bad guys just love to see a yard over grown and un-kept because it shows no one is coming around. Second keeping the bushes and hedges trimmed means better control of pest and fungus problems. Weekly service includes the following

***************Mowing***********************Edging

***************Weed eating*******************Trimming up to 5 ft

Blowing and removing trash

(bundled and put by road)

Trimming over 5 ft is an additional charge

Pool service

*****You need someone certified in pool chemicals to make this right. The correct amount and balance of chemicals leaves you with a safe and algae free pool. Weekly services include the following.

**********Testing of water*****************Chemicals

**********Brushing of edges***************Skimmers cleaned

*********Timers checked*****************Water levels checked

Paper filters are cleaned monthly unless needed more often

Again, we like to send the Lawn and Pool service out on different day so several times per week someone is at your property
